Dorn's Flour and Grist Mill is a historic, two and a half story red brick industrial structure located in McCormick, South Carolina.

• Construction: Built around 1898 originally to function as a cotton gin and cottonseed oil mill.

• Conversion: Acquired by the Dorn family and converted into a flour and gristmill in the mid-1920s.

• Products: Produced ground cornmeal, animal and chicken feed, and milled wheat flour for local farmers before closing in the 1940s.

• Architecture: Features a distinct rural industrial design, including a unique three-story brick wall with a cross-shaped plan built in 1915 for an old water tower.

• Listed: National Register of Historic Places as an outstanding example of early rural industrial architecture, retaining original steam engines, boilers, and 1920s milling equipment.

C Sculptures was commissioned to replace all window sashes and frames in keeping with the original design and features.
